a) You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. b) Items must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in their original packaging. c) For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, meal replacement products, or intimate apparel.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

  1. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
